  1. The Haunted Library

    Event Starts: October 28, 2017

Have a spook-tacular good time in the Town of Flower Mound’s Haunted Library for grades K-5! Come in costume for tricks, treats, and tours every 15 minutes. This is a low-scare haunted house suitable for younger and/or sensitive children. Don't forget to check out the mini-carnival for all ages in the program room at the same time as Haunted Library!

Tickets for each tour will be available at noon on the program day. There is a maximum of 10 people per tour, including adults. Due to the spooky nature of the haunted house and the low lighting conditions, parents should use their discretion in attending the tour with their child. Please be lined up at the program room 5 minutes before your tour starts.

The mini-carnival is open to all ages. Attending the Haunted Library tour is not required for attending the carnival.

Architectural Control Requests

Published: October 28, 2016

Are you thinking about building, installing, or repairing anything on your lot? This can include patio covers, decks, sheds, and landscape borders, or are you considering making changes to your fencing, or house paint colors? Keep in mind, the Homeowners Association requires homeowners to complete an Architectural Control Request form to obtain approval prior to starting your project. Make sure to complete the “ACC” form before starting your project.

Also, the City of Flower Mound may require you to obtain a Residential City permit as well. Residential accessory building permits include items like storage buildings, detached garages, gazebos, patio covers, decks, carports and pool houses. Make sure to contact the city to request your permit before starting your project at 972-874-6355, or visit http://www.flower-mound.com/index.aspx?NID=170 for more information.
